HDL-P100HT
High-Temperature Processor
HDL-P100HT is the flagship microcontroller of the Ignis™ product family, representing our advanced high-temperature silicon platform. Based on the RISC-V architecture, it is designed for harsh-environment applications where conventional electronics cannot operate reliably.
Engineered for operation at temperatures up to 200 °C, the HDL-P100HT integrates processing, memory and peripheral functions to deliver robust performance, high reliability and long-term stability in the most demanding industrial environments.
Integration matters more than usual at these temperatures. Every additional component on the board is another part that has to be sourced at the same rating, another solder joint that has to survive thermal cycling, and another failure mode in a system that may sit kilometres underground or inside a sealed enclosure for years. Consolidating processing, memory and peripherals onto one device removes that problem at the source.

Engineered for continuous operation up to 200 °C.
Open instruction set with an established toolchain — no vendor lock-in.
Processing, memory and peripheral functions on a single part.
Key Features
- RISC-V architecture — An open, royalty-free instruction set with an established toolchain, so firmware development is not locked to a single vendor’s ecosystem and long-term support does not depend on one supplier’s roadmap.
- Rated to 200 °C — Specified for continuous operation at temperatures where standard industrial and automotive-grade microcontrollers are outside their published range.
- Integrated memory — On-device memory removes the external memory interface, one of the least reliable links in a high-temperature board design.
- Integrated peripherals — Peripheral functions are on-die, reducing external component count and the number of high-temperature parts the system integrator has to qualify separately.
- Long-term stability — Designed for applications where the device is expected to hold specification over years of operation at temperature, not survive a short excursion.
- Harsh-environment focus — The design target is the environment, not a datasheet corner case. Thermal behaviour drives the architecture rather than being characterised after the fact.
